Because our products are digital goods that provide instant access to proprietary knowledge and strategies, our refund policy is designed to protect our intellectual property while remaining fair to our students.

1. General Rule: Non-Refundable Digital Goods

Due to the immediate, digital nature of our courses (including Web Design and Algorithmic Trading), all sales are generally considered final. Once a course is purchased and the content has been accessed or viewed, we cannot issue a refund.

2. Exceptional Circumstances (14-Day Policy)

We may offer a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date strictly under the following conditions:

  • The student has not accessed, viewed, or completed more than 20% of the course material.

  • The student encounters unresolvable technical issues that prevent them from accessing the platform, which our technical support team is unable to fix.

3. How to Request a Refund
